# Method:
01 - In a large bowl, beat the butter and powdered sugar until pale and fluffy.
02 - Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing thoroughly until combined.
03 - Gradually blend in the flour and salt until a smooth dough is formed.
04 - Shape the dough into a disk, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes.
05 - Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
06 - On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough to a 1/4-inch thickness.
07 - Use snowflake-shaped cookie cutters to cut out shapes and place them on the prepared baking sheets.
08 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until edges begin to turn golden.
09 - Transfer cookies to a wire rack and allow to cool fully.
10 - Dip or drizzle the cooled cookies with melted white chocolate; adorn with sugar pearls or sprinkles. Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
