01 - 1 batch (about 14 oz) fudgy brownies, baked and cooled

02 - 1 cup heavy cream
03 - 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese or full-fat cream cheese, softened
04 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar
05 - 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract

06 - 4 candy canes, crushed
07 - 2 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
08 - Extra whipped cream (optional)
# Method:
01 - Slice the cooled brownies into small cubes, approximately 3/4 inch each.
02 - Whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form. In a separate bowl, blend mascarpone or cream cheese, powdered sugar, and peppermint extract until smooth. Carefully fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined and airy.
03 - Arrange a layer of brownie cubes at the base of each jar. Top with a generous spoonful or piped layer of peppermint cream. Sprinkle with crushed candy canes and mini chocolate chips.
04 - Alternate layers of brownie cubes and peppermint cream, continuing until jars are filled. Finish with peppermint cream as the top layer.
05 - Crown each jar with extra whipped cream, additional crushed candy canes, and more mini chocolate chips.
06 - Refrigerate the jars for at least 30 minutes prior to serving to enhance flavor and texture.
